The steps to make a personal injury claim

6. Details of any passengers;
7. Make and model of the other vehicle;
8. Details of damage to both vehicles;
9. Whether the police attended;
10. Contact details of any witnesses;
11. Any photographs taken at the scene;
12. The details of your injuries and any treatment received.
