She started her legal career as a paralegal for a national firm, Ayesha then went onto progressing it career further by becoming a partner in that firm. At the time this was one of the largest personal injury firms in the country.

Having gained technical knowledge, she moved into lecturing and presenting seminars on a full time basis. She became Head of Dispute Resolution for BPP Professional Education, a global provider of professional training.
