My role is to handle all new enquiries into the firm. My team is the first port of call, and we assess the clients’ needs at the first stage. Once a full assessment has been done, we direct the case to the appropriate department. We are also responsible for setting up the case electronically and putting a finance and payment plan in place.
Client Liaison
Often we are a distress service with clients contacting us when they have a problem. My role is to offer them reassurance and guidance with the aim to put them at ease.

We are presented with different legal issues and have to take a pragmatic and cost effective approach to solving them.

I have specialised exclusively in clinical negligence claims on behalf of patients and families of patients who have been injured as a result of negligent medical treatment. I understand the profound impact such experiences have on people and their loved ones. My mission is to enable clients by securing them the necessary resources from the defendants to help them adapt to their new circumstances and rebuild their lives with dignity and support.
In my leadership role, I oversee a dedicated team of case handlers, providing expert guidance and technical support to ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care and representation.
Beyond casework, I collaborate closely with the Directors to develop and execute strategies that drive the firm’s growth and innovation. My commitment extends to enhancing our established brand and uncovering new opportunities to broaden our reach and impact.

With a career spanning over 40 years, I began my journey in a solicitor’s practice in 1982, specialising in accounts management. Throughout my experience, I have developed a deep expertise in managing accounts teams in compliance with SRA guidelines. My role involves overseeing the accounts department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to the highest standards.

My journey started at the ripe old age of 17 in one of the country’s leading insurance companies. The industry trained me well and I brought over my skill set to the legal world in 1989. Over the decades I have focussed specifically on personal injury and have experience in all areas from inception to court trial. I am known as a “go-to” person when it comes to a pragmatic solution for complex cases.
