Meet Ayesha Nayyar

Ayesha Nayyar is a distinguished award-winning figure in the legal industry, celebrated for her unwavering commitment to excellence and her clients’ rights. With over 25 years of experience, she has adeptly navigated the evolving legal landscape, remaining a formidable advocate with a strategic, detail-oriented approach that consistently delivers outstanding results. Her unique blend of big firm experience and personalised client care distinguishes her boutique practice, providing unparalleled value to a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and private clients.

She has handled cases of the highest complexity since 1996. Her ability to fight cases with a ‘no-nonsense’ approach, has given her a leading reputation, both as a professional and, essentially as a brand.
She started her legal career at a large city centre firm and went on to becoming a partner in that firm. Having gained technical knowledge, she moved into lecturing and presenting legal seminars on a full time basis. She quickly became known as the “go to” lawyer amongst her peers.
By 2011, her reputation in the industry had grown and she began the journey of creating Nayyars Solicitors. The vision behind Nayyars was to become a law firm that had both the technical and tactical know-how to get results.  It would provide a big firm service with a compassionate attitude and take away the myths associated with lawyers being stuffy individuals in striped suits!

Ayesha is a prominent legal personality in the mainstream media on both TV and radio. She is a legal expert on BBC1’s Rip Off Britain and Morning Live. Amongst other channels she has appeared on Sky News, BBC News and Channel 4. She was co-presenter of Crime Are We Tough Enough? on BBC1, exploring challenges in the criminal justice system.  She is represented by leading talent agency Knight Ayton Management.

She has written articles for numerous publications and blogs. She has her own live call-in show on the local radio. She is active on various social media channels including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

A true advocate for her clients, Ayesha exemplifies the qualities of a resolute legal leader, balancing her professional and personal life with grace and determination. She embodies the values of justice, equality, and fairness, which define both her individuality and her client-first approach in her legal practice.

She is passionate about being a solicitor and advocating the rights of clients. Outside of work, she is a wife and mother to her 3 children.

Ayesha is proud of her working-class heritage, having grown up in Manchester. As a Pakistani Muslim woman, she is deeply connected to her faith and enthusiastic about advocating for ethnic minority rights.
