

Profile
My role is to handle all new enquiries into the firm. My team is the first port of call, and we assess the clients’ needs at the first stage. Once a full assessment has been done, we direct the case to the appropriate department. We are also responsible for setting up the case electronically and putting a finance and payment plan in place.
Client Liaison
Often we are a distress service with clients contacting us when they have a problem. My role is to offer them reassurance and guidance with the aim to put them at ease.
Problem Solving
We are presented with different legal issues and have to take a pragmatic and cost effective approach to solving them.
Leadership Support
I am a key member of the team and my department is considered one of the most important cogs in the wheel.
Personal Interests
Originally coming from the West Midlands, I travel back to see my family regularly. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my daughters.
